You can complete this form using the link below or we can send you a link to complete our simple hire application, we just need a few details to set up your account.

STEP 3 - Logistics

Deliveries Inside London

  • Standard deliveries aim to be delivered between 11-2PM.

  • Timed deliveries can be arranged but there would be additional charges.

  • Other delivery preferences can also be arranged.

  • Any same day bookings made after 10am may be delivered by 3rd party courier.

  • Alternatively, you are welcome to come and collect and say hi or organise your own courier.

Deliveries Outside London

We can arrange overnight postage to arrive next day before 1pm using Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cost of this is usually approx. £20 depending on size and weight.

We can also arrange a delivery before 9am next day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery for around £35 depending on size and weight. 

 

Cut off time for both these services is 3pm 

If your package does not arrive by 1pm please call us by 2pm so we can investigate

Please note: There must be someone at the premises to sign for the package.

Returns and Collections

of Rental

If we are arranging collection
If we are sending our transport to collect the items should be ready by 12pm, after this the hire may be extended over to the next day at the standard daily rate unless returned via your own transport by 5pm.

If you are arranging return
You can return media to our office by 5pm on the due back date without incurring any extra charges, return after this the hire will be extended for another day at the standard daily rate.

 

When returning your items via post please use this specific service:

Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day (Pre 1PM)

This is a signed for trackable service, guaranteed to be with us before 1pm

the next day and gives you £500 insurance cover. You can also increase the insurance value to £2500 for a small extra charge.

4. Quote & Payment
STEP 4 - Let Us Quote

Once we have all the info of what you need we will raise a quote and email it over to you. If you are happy to confirm this, we’ll do the rest.

Don’t worry as we will ask you all the necessary questions to make it happen as easy as possible, you’re in safe hands!

Payment

Once your account has been set up we'll send you an invoice. Most accounts will have 30 day settlement terms applied, but all first hires will require payment upfront.
